PERMISSION TO RECRUIT FROM PROTECTOR OF EMIGRANTS:

To stay away from any possible incongruity, we ask for permission from Protector of Emigrants after receiving the Demand Note and power Attorney.

NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT:

The next step is to advertise in national newspapers in order to shortlist potential candidates.

INTERVIEWS & TESTS:

Following this, the candidates are called for interviews and tests. We have the facilities for conducting trade tests and we assure they are done with the latest technology and equipment, with the supervision of experts. If required, our clients can be presented within the interview panel.

BRIEFING THE CANDIDATES TO WORKING CONDITIONS:

We give complete information to the employees about the working conditions. We will not only deliver the information through conference session but it will also be available in our webpage. The information includes climatic conditions, laws of the country and rules and regulation.

MEDICAL TEST AND INOCULATION:

We believe that safety matters, this is why we will make sure that the laboratories and medical centres approved by the specific country will comply with the regulations. After the approval of medical test, inoculation will also take place.

VISA STAMPING:

In order to avoid any possible incidents about fake documentation, we will be responsible for all the visa process from the medical reports submission until the passport collection.

REGISTRATION WITH PROTECTOR OF EMIGRANTS:

As we accompany you with all the process, we are also responsible of the registration of the employees with the protector of emigrants.

KBM Consultants have partnerships and close relations with different airlines and in effect we can offer better solutions about reservations and flights.

FOLLOW UPS

We are constantly following up the entire database of the exported workers. We are always available for any queries or requirements. If in any case something wrong happens and any employee gets deported or is involved in any controversy, we will not by all means desert the resource at any cost. It is KBM Consultants’ responsibility to ensure that the resource receives the assistance needed and we will try our best to compensate the resource.
